Their servers have not responded during critical times, and they have no way of batch adding contacts - so you'd have to wait an hour to load 2,000 recipients. It's actually a South African company, but at least they do have at least one support person available during UK office hours, whereas Mailchimp are a few hours behind. MailChimp have an awesome extra level of integration which will actually allow you to see WHO has read each mail, when, how many times and so on - in the "add-ons" - A.I.M. Reports - we'll be adding this soon for full re-segmentation opportunities from within CRM. Without wishing to slate GraphicMail, we’ve had no end of problems trying to integrate over their API.
