Without wishing to slate GraphicMail, we've had no end of problems trying to integrate over their API. Their servers have not responded during critical times, and they have no way of batch adding contacts - so you'd have to wait an hour to load 2,000 recipients. It's actually a South African company, but at least they do have at least one support person available during UK office hours, whereas Mailchimp are a few hours behind.

MailChimp have an awesome extra level of integration which will actually allow you to see WHO has read each mail, when, how many times and so on - in the "add-ons" - A.I.M. Reports - we'll be adding this soon for full re-segmentation opportunities from within CRM.

MailChi8mp considerably more expensive than graphicmail and not as well featured, IMHO! Also Graphicmail's templates a lot more "European" than the very Yank Chimp.
