In addition to the new features we added to Pearl last month, we have managed to get the following done too for the release that’s due out tonight.

Website

Shopping cart now shows the gross value of the shipping in the shipping quotes if you’re viewing a price list that is set to have prices including tax.

Stock control

If you’re using warehouse locations (Premium Pay Plan only), then you probably want to know where to put the stuff when it turns up in your warehouse. You can see a new icon in the Purchase Order screen which will open a “pack-away” note.

Calendars and events

Pearl built in calendar

We’ve changed the way that the internal calendar works. If you want full drag and drop calendar integration, then you can connect your Pearl events straight through to Google calendar, which can then synchronise with your Outlook, iCal or other systems.

For a quick overview of the month or day, then you can use the Pearl built in calendars, found from the menus in the Contacts menu.
